Group Runs/Workouts:
​

• 6pm Tuesday 02/18/24 Speedwork in the Park:                             5 x 4 minutes at 5 k pace with 1 minute jog recoveries  (This can be done at UB without modification,UB requires membership to and the walking jogging area is closed 2/18)  We meet in Delaware Park at the Indian Hunter Statue adjacent to the 198/Parkside entrance    It will be dark, a headlamp and/or Hi Vis is recommended

• 630pm Wednesday 02/18/25 Mister Goodbar  Join the Goodbar Sessioneers for their group run from Mr Goodbar. 

​

• 8 am Sunday 2/23/25 Sunday Runday Join runners for a 5 or 10 mile group run from Chestnut Ridge Park. We will meet in the Chestnut Ridge Casino at 8am
